  • Question About Your Order
    • An Item Is Missing
          Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items might be missing. Therefore, you should inform us immediately so that we can find out the missing items and delivery them to you. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
    • My Order Didn't Arrive
          Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to Track Your Orders. We're sorry, but orders shipped by the Standard option cannot be tracked door to door. If you still have questions about order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.
    • An Item is Damged or Defective
          We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction, but you also have to understand the situation when something goes wrong and your product is damaged. Therefore, we provide an option for your shipment to ensure your product safety. For further information, please see Insurance Option. In the event that an item you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

Charges depend on type of shipment for examples door to door or door to port (pick up at the airport) Time: Airfreight direct 1 business day Airfreight via 2 business day Courier (door to door) customers can use the fastest way to ship their products via courier. We use different courier companies depend on which companies offer the cheapest price. The price is depending on the shipping location. For example, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. If you know any other courier companies, please kindly let us know. We are happy to ship your products upon your request.

  • Policy
        A product returned with proof of purchase to the place of purchase during the Return Period along with its original packaging and content is eligible for refund of the purchase price if it is still in good working condition. Please note your order can be returned only for our products in stock and return within Return period. If you do not return the product in good working condition, you will be charged for the amount of the subsidy you received. Furthermore, a special order after signed approved cannot be return with no exceptions.
